C3AP7: Needlestick Injury

 

The trainee will be able to evaluate the patient who presents with a needlestick injury and be able to start appropriate investigation and implement a management plan. Be able to identify those patients who need prophylactic treatment for HIV, hepatitis B and tetanus using departmental protocols.
