Welcome to our online induction…

This year social distancing has meant we need to deliver our induction content in different ways.

We will then be running some smaller workshops with some key face to face elements such as PPE requirements and how to use our blood gas machines. There will also be a heavy element of shadowing clinicians already working in the department for you to learn how our systems work in practice.

We also realise you will still have questions so there will be drop in sessions for Q&A’s with key members of staff. This is very much a work in progress so please feel free to feedback or ask questions. Whilst we are working closely with the team at #EM3 if you have questions related to NGHED specifically we can be reached @NGHEDteam.

Once you have watched the videos below please complete this quiz, if you are successful you will receive a certificate and it will notify us you have completed it. This will then earn you a day off in lieu.
