An elderly lady has been brought to your department by her family who say she has been getting progressively more confused over the past week and they don’t feel she is safe at home anymore.
"A 33 year old woman presented to the Emergency Department with severe leg pain. The pain is in the lower calf and has begun suddenly one hour ago. She called 999."
"46 year old woman with breast cancer presents to the Emergency Department after being advised to attend by the chemotherapy unit."
