The #smaccBYTE competition continues and there have been some great entries shared on Twitter. You can find details of the competition here.

We've submitted another entry, based on the #SMACCUS talk on Handovers by Pat Croskerry.

Good handover is essential for good patient care and we are currently working on some resources based around the SBAR tool which we are going to be promoting in our department. Keep an eye out for these in the near future.
